Most interesting Disney ever. The first Disney heroine ever with ambition and brains. She is an aspiring businesswoman who wants to open a restaurant. Indeed, the whole plot revolves around her ambition to buy an old building, remodel it. and open the best restaurant in New Orleans. Don't despair, it is also beautifully drawn, fun to watch, and funny. Little kids will like her a lot. Adults can finally attend a Disney movie where the lead character will soon be paying taxes. This is the first Disney 'princess' with an earned income, and who talks incessantly about making her way with 'hard work.'

I went to the midnight showing last night. At my theater they played Twilight and then New Moon. The movie was 100 times better then Twilight in my opinion. And I actually cried in this movie. I can't wait for Eclipse! And I know I'll be seeing New Moon a bunch more times.

Good re-make of this great story, Jim Carrey is held at bay by Disne, the visuals are great in 3-D. I personally liked the added details describing Scrooge's character and how he came around to life again. Added humor was nice, kids will like this one.
